Breaking Bread with Donta Finney

As a personal trainer, you have to know the importance of providing guidance and accountability.

So when a situation occurs such as the one that killed University of Maryland football player Jordan McNair in the summer of 2018, someone with the expertise in conditioning and fitness like Donta Finney is compelled to chime in on the issue.

Finney, who becomes the first repeat guest on the show, sits down again with host Earl Holland to give his thoughts on the fallout in College Park, Maryland.

In this episode, Finney and Holland discuss a variety of topics. Some of them include the importance of portion control, the effectiveness of vitamins and supplements as well as free-range foods.

Finney will also talk about whether white bread or whole grain is better, his favorite version of Superman, and what protein you should be wary of eating on a consistent basis.
